Borden, Richard

Our speaker today was Richard S. Borden, Counsil on Rotary International Legislation Delegate. He was introduced by Rotarian and Past-District Governor Robert MacDonald. A list of the items to be discussed at the Chicago April 10-15 Council meeting has been posted on the Rotary International web site. In a Town Hall format, some of those items discussed with our club today were Club Administration; Club Meetings; Membership; Officers & Elections; Finances and Dues.
