Wine Competition & Silent Auction

Here’s how it works:

1.       Form a team of 1 to 4 people:

Team of 1, 2, 3 or 4:               $100/person

Corporate Sponsor Team:      $500/team of up to 4

Professional Team:                $750/team of up to 4                        

2.       Each team brings 3 bottles of the exact same wine (please bring white wine submissions pre-chilled). You can choose any wine so long as each bottle is the same. There is no minimum or maximum purchase price per bottle.

3.       Turn in the three bottles of wine at the event. Two are uncorked for blind tasting and scoring by the crowd. The third bottle is placed in reserve. Professional teams will blind taste and be scored in a category of their own, meaning the professional contestants will bring—and taste—better wines.

4.       In both the ordinary and professional categories, the team that brought the highest scoring wine wins a random selection of 50% of the unopened bottles of wine. Second and Third place teams each take 25% of the remaining bottles.

Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served.

1) You can print and complete the flyer and application by clicking the "event attachments" link on the left of your screen.  You may turn in your application and payment at one of our weekly meetings.

2) Simply email the following information to Tara Knowles, at taraknowles@nolavirtualsolutions.com and request that she add the fee to your bill.
