Tejas Madhur, who serves as Legal Counsel at Tsawwassen First Nation, gave an overview of Tsawwassen First Nation, having rapidly expanded in commercial and residential sectors since signing its treaty. TFN elder Shirley gave her welcome and blessing at the meeting
