It provides compassionate and personalized service to a wide variety of clients to achieve better health outcomes and direct healthcare when they cannot, much like one might do through others with power of attorney in legal and financial matters.
Jennifer Yeoman-Gayler has been a Registered Nurse for over 13 years. She has her Master of Nursing in nursing education. Throughout her career she has experience working in Surgical, Critical Care (ICU), Palliative and in Home Health as a case manager.Working on the front lines of healthcare for several years, Jennifer has experienced first-hand the frustration that often comes when dealing with limited resources in the public healthcare system. Jennifer has witnessed the stress of families trying to achieve their own work/life balance while trying to care for others.
Jennifer started Here 2 Help to address the gap of education and communication between the healthcare system and those trying to navigate within it.
