From the $2 million ladder truck and various other vehicles, to the dispatch system and living accommodations, Delta's Firehall 1, in Ladner and three firefighters hosted Ladner Rotary members on a field trip on September 24, 2019. The Rotary visitors not only learned about the various functions of the firehall, but about the fire and rescue system throughout Delta, including the new hall near Boundary Bay Airport and the top quality training facilities at that location.
