Priority #1 Membership Workshop, Learn How to Create a “Best Membership Experience.”

Why attend?  Develop the best practices for membership retention and growth.  Learn what we can do to attract and retain members immediately.  Understand ways to think outside the box to recruit members.  We should ALL attend because we are all responsible for growing our clubs.  We are all responsible for member retention.  We are all accountable to keep our members engaged.  We are ALL part of the membership committee.

Who should attend?  EVERYONE!  Please talk to your presidents and PEs and PENs about this powerful workshop.  Clubs should at least have their membership chair attend.  We have seven months to increase our membership and we can do it!

  • This 3-hour workshop being presented by the Zone Membership Committee will show you best practices for member retention and growth.
  •  Priority #1 is a production based on four key concepts gleaned from the Siegel + Gale report.  That report has fundamentally changed traditional thinking about members of Rotary.
  •  Priority #1 introduces some very basic, simple tools that District and Club leaders can adopt with immediate actions to attract and retain members consistent with the Siegel + Gale concepts.
