The Rotary Club of Round Rock is proud to present the 22nd annual Ron Morrison Car Thing on March 28th, 6pm at the Chasco Family YMCA in Round Rock.  The event will celebrate the life of our beloved Williamson County Commissioner who passed away in September of 2016 after a battle with prostate cancer. The lifetime Round Rock resident was known for his sense of humor, hard work and dedication to the community. He was a Round Rock High School teacher and Co-operated Morrison Auto with his wife prior to serving three terms as County Commissioner in Precinct 4.  Please contact Matt Baker @ 512.496.3736 or any Rotary Member for tickets. Additional details in event flyer.
The mission of the Rotary Foundation is to enable Rotarians to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education, and the alleviation of poverty. For the 22nd consecutive year in a row, the Car Thing event will benefit several local non-profits in and around the Round Rock area including The YMCA of Williamson County, Agape Pregnancy Resource Center, Round Rock ISD Education Foundation and The Serving Center of Round Rock.  Over the past several years, the Rotary Club of Round Rock has supported these and other local non-profits through funding.   Join us for a fun-filled exciting night in support of the Rotary Foundation Mission!
