To all Club officers on record, Assistant Governors, Leadership Team, and DG Line:
 
With November being Rotary Foundation Month here are some helpful weekly messages you and/or your club Foundation Chair can share with your club each week of the year such as for a Foundation Minute during Club meetings and/or via an email update to your club members each week and in addition in your club newsletters.  As one presenter at the District Celebration mentioned:  This is a very simple way to keep the Rotary Foundation at the forefront of our hearts and minds and it is to delivery one of these simple short messages each week to our club members:

A couple of reminders:
  • The months of November and December as well as all year are great times for fellowship and to invite people to Rotary.  Invite to a project event, social event, and/or meeting remember to Membership Theme Each One Bring One:  create opportunities, provide flexibility, offer a social event, and/or offer member incentives at the club level.
  • With club officer elections for the Rotary Year of July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 being conducted in the months of November and December, please be sure to have your elected officers recorded in ClubRunner.  This will assist us with keeping our district database current and allow us to send the current officers and incoming officers notifications to them more easily.  Below are some instructions to assist with the data entry.  Please be sure the contact information of email address, phone numbers, and mailing addresses are all current and up to date for the elected club officers.  Club Presidents please pass along this information to your club secretary or your member in your club responsible for updating this information.
 
These updates can be completed at your Club’s website login or the District’s website login to ClubRunner at https://www.rotary5610.org/
 
 
Also please be entering your current year club goals into Rotary Club Central.  Instructions below first you must log into my.Rotary.org:
