Application for Remaining DDF Funds

Attached is the application form for one more round of grants for DDF Funds from the Rotary Foundation this fiscal year. As with all DDF grants, district funds must be matched by the local club and the use of the funds must meet the criteria of the Rotary Foundaton.

 

This is a special round of grant applications prompted by the availability of $8,000 in the District 5610 DDF funding program for the current fiscal year. In order to ensure that these funds are allocated before June 30, this grant round is on a first come, first served basis. No applications will be considered after June 7.

 

Please fill out the application in the Word document, save it, convert to a pdf and email the pdf to Don Norton at the email address on the application.
