The official magazine of Rotary in our part of the world is the English language version of the Rotarian. Part of our RI membership dues pays for our personal monthly subscription. Many Rotarians read the magazine from cover to cover every month.

Rotary recommends that each club have a Magazine Chair or Committee. The Magazine Committee encourages members to read and use the Rotarian magazine. When there are interesting articles many clubs talk about them in their club meetings. Or clubs use the articles to help generate ideas for future fundraisers or service projects.

Rotary International also encourages clubs to use their magazines as an opportunity for service. Clubs can buy subscriptions for local schools or libraries or members can donate used magazines to doctor's or dentist's offices.  To subscribe, order back issues and gift subscriptions, change your mailing address, or report a missing issue, email data@rotary.org or call the Circulation Department at 847-424-5216 or 847-424-5217.

Finally, The Rotarian is turning green! You can choose to receive an electronic version instead of or in addition to your print version. You can choose to view a version designed for smart phone or tablet or download a pdf. Just log into My Rotary on Rotary.org and check out "The Rotarian" page under the Member Center.
