Rotarians from across District 7820 are encouraged to register soon for the District Conference at the Old Orchard Inn, hosted by Valley Rotary Clubs.  With only 7 weeks remaining until events begin with Leadership Training on May 31, things “ Moving Boldly Forward” as we say in the Conference Theme.   Please see the District Conference website for information about the program, registration and accommodations.  If you have questions about any aspect of the Conference, please email us at conference.registration@outlook.com

Partner and Youth Program Information: The Conference Web Site features new information about both the Partner Program and Youth Program (YE and Interact).  Partners can sign up for Home Hosting on Thursday, and take part in tours of local wineries, Grand Pre National Historic Site, and lunch in Port Williams on Friday, followed by the Blues, Brews and Barbeque main Conference social event. On Saturday, there will be more sightseeing, some down time in the afternoon, and the District Governors Dinner in the evening.
 
Youth delegates (please ensure these are registered on line) will be housed at Acadia and take part in a mix of main Conference activities and off site travel and study of water related issues.  We hope to have the younger folks develop some water service project proposals to share with their home clubs after the Conference is complete.  And please remember that these and other Rotary Youth activities will benefit from your Club’s contribution to the Silent Auction goodies for the Conference – See you all soon.
