Hawke's Bay Rotary Clubs will be offering very few seats to the Opening Night of Downton Abbey ~ A New Era.

Due to Covid-19 spacing requirements, very few seats to the Hawke's Bay Opening will be available through most Hawke's Bay Rotary Clubs.
The follow-up to the hit 2019 film, itself a spinoff of the popular TV show, will bring back most of the upstairs/downstairs cast.
That includes both members of the key Grantham clan, played by the likes of Hugh Bonneville, Maggie Smith, Elizabeth McGovern and Michelle Dockery, as well as actors Jim Carter, Joanne Froggatt and Brendan Coyle, who play their butlers, maids and other servants.
New additions to the ensemble include Hugh Dancy, Laura Haddock, Nathalie Baye and Dominic West. The screenplay is written by “Downton” creator Julian Fellowes, with Emmy and BAFTA Award-winning Gareth Neame and Emmy Award-winning Liz Trubridge producing with Fellowes. Simon Curtis (“My Week With Marilyn”) is directing the film.
In Downton Abbey: A New Era, the characters go on a grand journey to the South of France to uncover the mystery of the Dowager Countess’ newly inherited villa. The original principal cast has returned for the second film along with new additions Hugh Dancy, Laura Haddock, Nathalie Baye, and Dominic West.
The screenplay is written by Downton creator and Oscar winner Julian Fellowes, with Emmy- and BAFTA-winning Gareth Neame and Emmy-winning Liz Trubridge producing with Fellowes. BAFTA- and Emmy-nominated Simon Curtis (My Week With Marilyn) is directing.

- You will be invoiced for the seats that you order so please make sure your guest numbers are correct. Orders must be by email, please.
- Make sure all your people turn up. NO REFUNDS
- The Date is Thursday, April 28th 2022.
- The movie starts sharp at 6.15 pm, they have another movie following ours.
- Your club invoice will be sent out after the movie. $25.00 per seat

- All proceeds go to The Rotary Foundation - End Polio Now. In the name of Combined Hawke's Bay Rotary Clubs.
- Please be at the theatre by 5.45 pm as we have to process 170 guests.
- Please wear masks in the foyer.
- Do not linger in the foyer.
- Wonderful gift basket tickets $5 each or 3 for $10 (proceeds to Foundation - Polio).
- Wonderful gift basket to be drawn at 6.20 pm (hopefully).
- Please be aware that there will be no spare seats.
