Ryan Kreuser decided to take up the David Goggin's 4x4x48 challenge and also raise money for the Rotary Foundation in the process.

Ryan competed the 4x4x48 Challenge Sunday night, having run 4 miles every 4 hours for a total of 48 miles. He found it to be grueling mainly due to the lack of sleep, but also the cumulative miles he ran. as he is not an ultramarathoner. He is very thankful for all the support he received, the donations made on his behalf to the Rotary Foundation and for being able to complete the challenge.

Ryan has been a part of Rotary since he was about 10 years old, helping with the Newark Rotary Club's annual Pancake Breakfast. He later joined Newark Interact and after high school completed a one-year exchange to the Netherlands through Rotary Youth Exchange. Now, as a graduate student at Nazareth, Ryan is a member of District 7120 Rotaract. He wants to give back to Rotary which has given so much to him over the years. Please consider supporting Ryan in his challenge.
