Wise Giving Alliance Ratings on Local and National Charities

     The Wise Giving Alliance Charity Review program offers benefits to donors and charities. Debbie will discuss what information a charity review contains and how a donor can use this information. She will also discuss what is involved for a charity to be evaluated and have a charity report published to the BBB of Wisconsin website. 
     In June, 2010, Debbie Norris joined the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin to assist charities and non-profit organizations through application process for the BBB Accredited Charity program.  Previously Debbie has worked as the Administrative Assistant and Program Coordinator for the Spina Bifida Association of Wisconsin (SBAWI). While SBAWI at she helped expand the Newborn Outreach program as well as assist in the inauguration of the new teen mentoring program.  Debbie was also involved with the Spina Bifida Association (SBA) on a national level as a member of the Branding Committee and Scholarship Committee.
     She has also held positions with University of Phoenix – Brookfield and Wisconsin Early Autism Project. 
     Mrs. Norris was born in Oconomowoc, WI, currently lives in Germantown with her husband and received her MBA from University of Phoenix in 2009.
