SYLVIA WHITLOCK - FIRST Female President in RI!

My fellow Rotarians!  Allow me to invite you to this amazing opportunity...  On Thursday, November 4th, viz Zoom from CA, our guest speaker will be SYLVIA WHITLOCK, District Governor 2012-2013, AND the first femal President in Rotary Internatonal worldwide!  She is a world traveler who has made up meetings in many different countries, served on the District Finance Committee, Chaired the Simplified Grant Program, served as Assistant Governor, and has received countless awards within Rotary, such as the Rotary Foundation District Service Award, and outside of Rotary.

Sylvia has an astounding resume that would make anyone's head spin wondering, how does she find the time???  She holds her B.A. in Psychology, M.A. in Education, Ph. D. in Education, M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy, has teaching and administrative credentials in CA and is licensed in Marriage and Family Therapy by the Board of Behavioral Sciences in CA.  See what I mean?
