Bantfwana Phambili presented by Tom Junker. Tom works with orphaned children in Africa to provide them with an education, uniforms and food. For $100 US his organization can provide tuition and uniforms for a child for one year. The organization's mission is to assist qualified, select students in need to assist them in furthering their education and to foster a desire for learning among students in South Africa. Their major focus is in the provinces of Limpopo and Mpumalanga where unemployment is 80%. To learn more about the organization or to make a donation, visit www.bantfwana.org.

District Midyear Rally

This year's midyear Rotary get together will be held on Friday and Saturday, January 30-31, 2015 at the Radisson Roseville Hotel. Attendance is FREE to all members and includes tuition and all meals! A leadership academy will kick off the rally on Friday evening and into Saturday morning. The midterm district update will occur the later part of Saturday morning.
