One more day to register for June 19 picnic

WHAT: Annual Rotary Family Picnic
WHEN: Tuesday, June 19, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. There is no Rotary meeting Thursday, June 21.
WHERE: Edina Country Club, on the veranda, or indoors if weather dicatates
WHO: All Rotarians and family—bring your kids and grandkids! There will be face painting, balloon animals, T-shirt decorating and yard games!
COST: Senior Active and Honorary Rotarians, as well as adult guests, are $20. Children are $12. Children under age 5 are free. Regular active members already paid for the picnic on their Q4 invoice.
INFO: The Edina Country Club will be serving burgers, brats, chicken, corn on the cobb, watermelon, potato salad, green salad, and cookies and bars. There will also be a cash bar. 
REGISTRATION: Online here. Don't delay! The registration deadline is this Thursday, June 14. We need everyone who plans to attend to register for planning purposes.

The Rotary Club of Edina Family Picnic is set for next Tuesday, June 19, 2018! The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. and go until 7:30. Note the picnic is on Tuesday, but takes the place of the regular Rotary meeting that week.

Let's have some fun in the sun as Rotarians and their families gather on the veranda at the Edina Country Club for this annual summer event! And no weather worries—if the sun isn't out, we can also gather inside.

The Edina Country Club will be serving burgers, brats, chicken, corn on the cobb, watermelon, potato salad, green salad, and cookies and bars. There will also be a cash bar. Valet parking will be available. Note that the ECC does NOT have a cash machine, so come prepared for the cash bar and valet tipping, if needed. 

Make sure to bring your kids and grandkids! There will be face painting, balloon animals, T-shirt decorating and yard games!

Cost for the picnic is $20 for Senior Active and Honorary Rotarians, as well as adult guests. Kids are $12 per meal, with children under age 5 being free. Rotarians will be billed on the next quarterly invoice for picnic meals. Regular active Rotarians were already charged on their last invoice (Q4) for the picnic, so will not be billed.

Please register online for yourself and all guests. You can indicate on the registration which guests are children and their age for billing purposes. The registration deadline is this Thursday, June 14. Registration is required so we can plan for the event.
