President Josh Sprague called the regular club meeting of December 12, 2019 to order. During the business portion of the meeting, which served as the Club’s Annual Meeting Past President John Flynn presented the slate of nominees to serve on the Rotary Club of Edina Board of Directors, as selected by the Nominating Committee, to serve in the following capacities and terms:
Lisa Walker, Board Director of Community Service – Projects, 2-year term from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022;
Susan Johnson, Board Director of Social, 2-year term from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022;
Bonnie Rolstad, Board Director of International Service, 2-year term from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022;
Bridget Hallstrom, Board Director of Membership, 2-year term from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022;
Shelly Loberg, Officer, 5-year term from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2025
Past President John Flynn also presented the slate of nominees to serve on the Edina Rotary Foundation Board of Directors, in the following capacities and terms:
Dan Mott, At-Large Board Director, 2-year term from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022;
Ann Platt, At-Large Board Director, 2-year term from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022;
John Flynn, At-Large Board Director, 2-year term from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022;
Tim Murphy made a motion to approve the entire slate of nominees for both boards as presented; Les Jones seconded. Motion approved unanimously viva voce.
