What to Expect:

If you are a leader, then you are a decider. Let's face it, as leaders we're faced, daily, with decisions. At today's speed of life and business these decisions often need to be made fast, may come with abundant options, and may not enable you to have a full set of data. In this session we'll be discussing the role that decision making plays in your leadership, how successful decision makers think, and how you can learn to make better decisions. 

Erik’s Bio:

Erik Norman is the Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing at Bolger Inc., a leading print and marketing services provider in Minneapolis.  His career has included serving as President/CEO of a multi-national company and in various executive & management roles. Erik is known for his focus on delivering results through practical strategy development and execution, operational excellence, and motivational leadership. His unique fingerprint is helping people and companies get “unstuck.”  Erik is a Board Member of the Association For Print Technologies, as well as a Board Member of Lift Up a Hopkins based non-profit that funds critical humanitarian projects locally and internationally. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University.
