Kids Against Hunger Project

Volunteer opportunity: Pack 30,000 meals – Food Bank of the Heartland is the recipient of the meals.

Date:  May 8, 2021

Location: The Family Room Church, 8333 Fort St. 

Please enter on the lower level on the northwest corner of the building.

Shifts available:

7:45 to 9 AM

9:15 to 10:15 AM

10:30 AM to 12 PM

Number of volunteers per shift: 40

We will have four 14-foot tables with ten people per table.

Volunteers: Any person age 5 years and above is able to volunteer. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

How to sign up: Beginning April 1, volunteers will sign-up online through a link from the Suburban Rotary Club. We will share the link once it’s available.

Safety measures: Masks are required. Hand sanitizer and hairnets will be distributed on-site.
