Evening Meeting at Lancaster Event Center

Everyone is invited to Rotary's "Coming Out of Quarantine Meeting" at the Lancaster Event Center hosted by our own Amy Dickerson.

Because the banquet hall that we will be using normally accommodates 1,000 people, there will be more than enough space for 260 Rotarians to spread out at 6 feet apart in the 16,000 sq/ft banquet hall. Details below.

Description of Meeting Space:
Lincoln Room on the NW corner of fairgrounds in building closest to 84th Street with at-door parking. It’s a 16,000 sq feet banquet hall we normally get 1000 people.  Has a 25’ ceiling so it has very good ventilation.

Menu:

• Sliced Roasted Pork Loin with wild rice
• Roasted Green beans with apples
• Spring mix salad with two dressing choices
• Warm dinner rolls
• Coffee, Iced Tea, Lemonade, Water, and Full Cash Bar
• Dessert cake choices: Pumpkin Molten Cream Cheese Lava or Chocolate Molten Lava

Cost: $16 - It's a great price for a "coming out of quarantine party"
