Rotary Looking to Enhance Medical Care for Women in Eastern Congo!

Steve Solbrack joined us today at Eden Prairie Noon Rotary club meeting as our guest speaker, educating us on the upcoming Rotary international project in the Eastern Congo and Idjwi Island!  With $30,000 raised from District clubs, leveraged 4.5 to one with matching grants, the project will use over $135,000 to provide a medical ambulance watercraft for the Island.  Thousands of people will be served with increased access to medical care in the area.  As the president of the partner Eastern Congo Rotary club said, "enough words, let's get started!"
