Join us for Happy Hour on Tuesday, October 4th from 5-8pm. Tavern 4&5 Prospective new member are welcome to join us for this event, as it will be a great way for you to get to know more about Eden Prairie Noon Rotary. There will be a special treat, a short presentation by an official scorer at the Ryder Cup! Join us to get a first hand, inside report about the tournament, and ask your questions. Enjoy appetizers with members of EP Noon Rotary to learn more about “Rotary Serving Humanity”, and how you can become a part of the team to give back to the community. We will have information about how we serve students at EPHS, providing a full day of ethics training and a post-high school “Reality Fair” simulation for students. In addition, you can learn about safe water projects in Haiti from those that recently traveled to the area. Sponsored by EP Noon Rotary. |

Free Bikes 4 Kidz has collected over 5000 bikes to give away next month. But before they can give them away, they need to be polished up. YOUR three hours of time will ensure shiny bikes and BIG smiles. On Tuesday November 15th from 6-9 PM at the MOA you can help get these bikes ready for the give away the weekend of December 3 & 4. No experience is necessary. |

Four $1000 scholarships are also available to students who attend the workshop and then submit a short essay based on 'The Four Way Test'. Essay's are judged by club members. Twelve club members are needed to be table leaders in order to make this a success. Table Leaders join with six of the students to help make the day a fulfilling experience. New club member Mark Anderson, who is a business education teacher at EPHS, along with club member Mike Thomas, lead the workshop. John Kohner & Shirley Hiller also assist with the presentation. No special skills are needed to be a table leader, however a short introduction to the workshop will be provided to table leaders a week or so prior to the event. The day begins at 7:15 am and runs to 2:30 pm. Lunch is included. In the five years I have been involved with the program I have not heard a table leader who did not enjoy the day & walk away impressed with the students who are invited to attend. Our club does a lot of great things and this is one of the best! Please consider joining us for the day. Thanks Rick Johnson
