Annual Rotary International Convention - Atlanta

The 108th Annual Rotary International Convention will be held in Atlanta, Georgia on June 10 – 14, 2017.

The convention will mark the 100th Anniversary of the announcement of the Rotary International Foundation made at the RI Convention also held in Atlanta in 1917.

The Rotary Club of Atlanta was founded in 1913 and was the first club in the state of Georgia.

Rotary was founded in 1905 and held its first annual convention in 1910. The last convention held in Atlanta was in 1970.

As several of you have expressed an interest in going to the RI convention next year, you should know that registration opens on 28 May 2016 and that there is a special 'early-bird' registration fee of $265 available from 28 May until 6 June, 2016 only.
 
From 6 Jun until 15 December the registration fee is $340 and from 16 Dec to 31 March 2017, $413. From 1 April 2017 it is $490. Early registration is therefore recommended.
 
Cancelations are subject to a $50 fee and can be made up to 30 April 2017.
 
If you haven't been to a RI Convention before it's a great experience which I strongly recommend.
