The Rotary Club of Bangor has announced that fundraising efforts for their recent production Music Off Broadway have surpassed all previous productions, bringing in more than $37,000.
The Rotary Club of Bangor is scheduled to present its 10th annual Music off Broadway production on Thursday April 2 at 7:30 p.m., Friday, April 3 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, April 4 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. All shows will be held at Peakes Auditorium at Bangor High School.  The theme of this year’s show is “Blast from the Past: 10 Years of Music Off Broadway”.

The Rotary Club of Bangor announced a grant opportunity for nonprofits in the greater Bangor area serving youth and seniors. The application deadline is August 29, 2014.

The Rotary Club of Bangor, part of District 7790, will participate in the District’s effort to support the victims of the explosions in Lac Megantic on July 7.
After 25 years of hard work, Rotary and its partners are on the brink of eradicating this tenacious disease, but a strong push is needed now to root it out once and for all. It is a window of opportunity of historic proportions.
