Member, Linda O’Brien was surprised when President Geoff Gledhill made a presentation of a Ruby Paul Harris fellow at our meeting on Wednesday.  She soon realised the presentation would have come from Rotary Parramatta as a result of her donations to Rotary Foundation via the Centurion Club
Centurion Club

The districts in Australia and New Zealand initiated the Centurion Program many years ago, as an easy way for all Rotarians to support their charity, The Rotary Foundation.
Program members are asked to make a yearly contribution of AUS$100 or more to the Foundation’s Annual Fund. That’s about $2 per week.
The benefits of doing so mean that the Foundation helps you as a Rotarian to deliver much greater impact, whether in your own community or around the world. For every $100 contributed in Australia and New Zealand, Rotarians have received grants of $183 to support their projects!
Think of the Foundation as your Impact Multiplier.

All Rotarians and any non-Rotarian supporters of the Foundation are encouraged to become perpetual donors by participating in the Centurion program (AU$100 per year). Tax deductible donations may be made via the Australian Rotary Foundation Trust to support the ongoing humanitarian work of the Rotary Foundation. 50% of donated funds are returned to D9810 after a three-year investment cycle, to be used as project grant funding.
