We are inviting the community to join us to participate in a clean up day.
Free Bar b que and drinks will be supplied through Rotary to all involved
 

Running Sheet for the day.

9-00 to 10-30 am                            Set up of Tents, BBQ

10-30 am                                          Public start arriving, they register

Receive rubbish bag, gloves, optional pick up claw, BBQ tickets

12-30 pm                                          Rubbish collection finishes, BBQ food is

Given out, music plays, other activities??

2-00 pm                                            Day finishes.

                                                            Rubbish bags placed for later collection

All go home.
