AV Rotary Meeting at the Minnesota Zoo

On April 11, 2018, Apple Valley Rotary will hold their regular weekly meeting at the Minnesota Zoo from 11am to 1pm.

You must RSVP for this event no later than Monday March 26, 2018.

You are encouraged to bring a guest and introduce them to Rotary and the Zoo.    Your regular club dues cover this meal, and admission to the Zoo.   By special arrangement with the club and a corporate sponsor, there will be no charge for guest meals for this event, but all club members and guests must RSVP by March 26, 2018.

Please plan to arrive at the main zoo entrance  between 11:00 and 11:15.   Zoo staff will be at the entrance to direct you to the meeting rooms - no ticket is required.    Lunch will be ready at 11:30.    John Frawley, Director of the Minnesota Zoo, will speak from 12:00 to 12:30 about the Zoo's plans for the next 10 years, how they plan to get kids into nature and how the Zoo is celebrating it's 40th birthday this year.

After the event attendees are welcome to stay and enjoy the zoo if their schedule allows. Be sure to check out The Wings Financial World of Bird show which starts at 1:00 pm.

You can RSVP online and a sign up will be passed around during future club meetings.
