Pittsfield High School:                 Ethan McCandless
Ethan is active in school and has participated in Mock Trials, Best Buddies, Class Council, Latin Club, National Honor Society and Quiz Team.  He has run Track for two years and cross-country for four years, having served as Captain for the past two.  For community involvement, he serves on the Berkshire County District Attorney’s Youth Advisory Board.  After high school, Ethan plans to study forestry, biology, or environmental law with the hopes of becoming a national park ranger, urban forester or environmental lawyer.

St. Joe High School:                      Anita Curtin
Anita participates in cross country, soccer, swimming, softball, track and the Spring play.  She is also a school ambassador and helps with fundraising events.  Outside of school, she is active in her church and has been an alter server since 3rd grade.  Over the summer she has been involved with Becket Chimney Corners YMCA as a camper and an assistant counselor.  This past December, she was in Haiti assisting with the Haiti Plunge.  Anita is looking into smaller Catholic colleges, and likes Saint Michael’s, where she plans to pursue a medical or environmental degree
