Our Board met last Wednesday and covered quite a lot of area in discussion. Among other things Laurie Taylor clarified his
comments in relation to the Rose Garden donation we gave.He was keen to tell us that our money was NOT to buy roses or plants but to help with the building being constructed for the Workers (Volunteers) who work at the garden. The building will provide a comfortable spot for them to sit for a rest or a cuppa rather than sitting in a shipping container. The tools and supplies will
also be kept in the building. The funds were for the BUILDING which is being built FOR THE PEOPLE.
Our numbers for the Concert on Sat 26th at Beleura are now over 40 and a couple more considering.
IT WOULD BE REALLY GOOD IF WE COULD ROUND UP ANOTHER 10-12 to attend .
Please ask anyone you think may be able to come. Money can be cash , cheque (Mornington Rotary ) or on line or in person
to any Bendigo bank branch...just let me know for tickets ..money will follow later I have tickets if you want to have them to sell.

Defibrillation Machine presented
Mornington Rotary has purchased a defibrillation machine to be housed at the Community Information and Support Centre in Main street. The new manager Lesley Fladeby will attend this coming Wednesday to thank us for the machine.
The area attracts a number of visitors to the Centre of all ages and is close to Biala. Another great community contribution by the club.
