Denton County Rotary Adoption Event

In cooperation with other Denton County Rotary Clubs and Communities in Schools of North Texas, Lewisville Noon Rotary is pleased help support this annual adoption fair.

Please consider volunteering, as we support the children and prospective adoptive parents during the fair. The connections that children and families will make at this event may lead to a loving Forever Family for a child in need of a permanent home. Please consider volunteering!

Volunteers for the Adoption Event must complete a Department of Family and Protective Services Volunteer Application and Confidentiality Agreement. (See the download links, at left).

The forms must be signed and your social security number must be provided.

Completed forms should be sent to Katie Kellett at kkellett@cisnt.org. Alternatively, the volunteer application can be given to LNR Club President Melissa DeWitt at a Noon Rotary meeting.

Event Schedule

07:00 AM:  Volunteers arrive for setup

09:30 AM:  Parents will begin arriving for parents meeting prior to the party starting

10:30 AM:  Kids start arriving for the fair

11:00 AM:  Lunch is served from 11 am to 1 pm

01:00 PM:  Planned activities from 1 pm to 2 pm

02:00 PM:  Fair is over - Cleanup
