Our micro distillery, located in Fort Collins, Colorado, at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains from where we get our pristine alpine water. We use four small hand-crafted American made copper pot stills. We have over 50 different still configuration options. We ferment our batches for up to 3 weeks to allow the maximum flavor profile possible. Our slow distillation process increases reflux and copper contact. Our smaller cuts offer a much smoother spirit. We use only the finest American & European oak casks to age our premium craft spirits. We also use up to 9 other types of woods for maturation. We are one of the few distilleries in the world to operate in this manner and are at the forefront of the maturation process. Today we distill over 30 different products making us one of the most versatile craft distilleries in the world.
