The Mind, Body & Spirit District Conference promises to be a unique, rejuvenating experience. This hybrid event, meant to accommodate everyone, is being held May 4, 5, 6 and 7. Reasonable rates are $126.50 for in-person at the conference venue or $26.50 for remote access.

The Ottawa Conference & Event Centre on Coventry Road in Ottawa is the location where we will be “Reaching Out” and meeting for the Rotary District Conference for the in-person program on May 7th.  How will the hybrid meeting look if you are connecting remotely?  All activities on Thursday, Friday and Sunday will be over Zoom only.  Saturday, you are welcome to register for either in person or via Zoom.   The difference will be that there will be continental breakfast, lunch and dinner for those in person.  All the speakers will be pre-recorded therefore will be projected on a screen for those in person.

DisCon2022 will be a celebration of the past Rotary year and an opportunity to learn from speakers that will help everyone to step back and re-evaluate their life and make strides into a seeing through a different lens.

Our speakers and workshops will be uplifting and motivational.  They will focus on building body, mind, and soul - resilience, nutrition, exercise, fun, and friendship.
Elsie Morden’s presentation is entitled “No time for That.”  She will provide insight on how to overcome adversity and be your best self in a world full of endless demands and expectations. Find her information here.
