To all RYE District 6630 Inbounders, Outbound Candidates, and Rebounders:

It's time for the RYE Fall Overnighter at the Akron Rotary Camp!

This event is important for your exchange. If you cannot come, please state your excuse so it can be evaluated by the Committee.

When: Saturday, December 8th beginning at 1:00 pm and ending on Sunday, December 9th at 11:30 am

For the Inbounders this means activities that are both fun and useful for adapting to a new culture and developing your skills to be an even better ambassador for your country. Inbounders should see this opportunity as part of the training offered by our Exchange Committee.

Outbound Candidates are also encouraged to come at 1:00 pm Saturday and stay at the Camp overnight with the Inbounders. You can learn so much about going on an exchange from the Inbounders and have great fun at the same time! The District Interview will be conducted after this event on Sunday afternoon. (See below for more information.)

Rebounders, please attend this Overnighter. You have much to teach the Outbound Candidates. You know you will have fun with the Inbounders!

Meals provided: Saturday supper, Sunday breakfast.
Bring bedding: Sleeping bag and pillow, towel, toiletries.
Bring clothes: Casual camp wear including coat, outdoor footwear, personal items. Plan for COLD weather.

Parents will need to provide transportation to the Akron Rotary Camp on Saturday. Pick up will be on Sunday at 11:30 am.
