This week I have had the pleasure of delivering Super Mooper books to four more schools - Newborough East Primary School, Albert Street Primary School, Elizabeth Street Primary School and St Kierans Primary School. The distribution of these books was made possible through the kind donation by author Fiona Harris to the Rotary Club of Moe, for which we are very grateful.

These beautifully illustrated books promote the importance of understanding that we are all different and celebrating those differences.

These donations have allowed the International & Foundation Committee to promote one of the seven Rotary areas of focus, supporting education.

All the schools I have visited so far this year have greatly appreciated the books and Iā€™m sure the students will really enjoy reading them.

The Moopertown story:

Welcome to Moopertown! In Moopertown, everyone is special ā€“ in their own special way!

This fun, funny and affirming series will entertain children of all ages. In each book we are introduced to a new Mooper ā€“ Musical Markus, Nervous Nellie, Dramatic Dom, Giggling Gertie, Quiet Quinn and Adventurous Abbie.

With humorous, sweet, character-driven stories and a richly-detailed world that children will engage with, this exciting series celebrates the idea that our differences are what make us unique, and we are all capable of being superheroes when we can see the best in ourselves.
