LAST CALL FOR SANTA EXPRESS
Our Christmas break up will be held at Old GippsTown on Monday 14th December at 6.00 pm for a 6.30 pm start.
We will be having a bbq tea, using our own bbq facilities. Meat, salad and sweets together with disposable plates and cutlery will be provided. However, you are welcome to bring your own plates and cutlery if you wish.
Please BYO drinks and nibbles.
Santa and his helper will be arriving just after 630. If you are bringing children, please place a gift under the tree for Santa to hand out. Also, as in previous years, you can bring a gift for your partner (optional of course). Santa's knee will be off limits but photos standing next to Santa will still occur.
We will once again be collecting items for a Christmas Hamper that will be donated to a worthy family. Please bring along items to place in the hamper on the night. Just a reminder to check any 'use by' dates to ensure food items have not expired.
To assist with catering, can you please let me know if you are coming, how many and if you will be bringing children.
Under the current restrictions, the venue can hold up to 58 people, therefore we will need to ensure we do not exceed this. Please email, text or phone Maureen on 0419389050 prior to Saturday 12th December.
