They say old accountants never retire- they just lose their balance!

For many years, Treasurer John Murphy's secretary Carolyn Webber has been a loyal friend of Rotary by volunteering to do the club's bookkeeping. After 37 years with his company, The Real Estate Store, she has not lost her balance, but she is retiring.

The Real Estate Store is throwing a retirement lobsterbake for her, and has invited all Scarborough Rotarians and their guests to join them in expressing our sincere appreciation for her long-time service. Please come!

Saturday, August 25th  at John & Gail Murphy's home, 4 Mallard Lane, Scarborough.

At 12:00 PM the lobsters go on, and lunch will be served about an hour after that.

Menu: Lobsters, corn on the cob, clams, potatoes and hard-boiled eggs all steamed in seaweed over a wood fire plus chicken or hot dogs,. Bring a salad or dessert if you like but it is not necessary.

BYOB/ please bring a chair. Dress is "Lobsterbake Casual" which means your table mate might splash lobster juice on you!

Rotarians will be the guests of The Real Estate Store, but a money tree will be available for those who wish to contribute toward a trip for Carolyn & Terry's first retirement adventure.
