I would like to thank Gus for stepping in for me this week at short notice. My daughter shared a 24-hour stomach bug with me, which was very kind of her. Thank you for all those who wished me well, I am much better now.
Because I wasn’t at the meeting, I will have to wait for the Spoke N Word to find out what happened there.
PP Funno was going to promote the Footy Trivia night that is happening next week. We have a special treat being put on by Naomi for our meals - Burritos. Not too many footy nights will be able to boast Burritos for dinner. I had one a couple of weeks ago and it was delicious. Please don’t forget to bring your partners and wear your footy colours - Go Dees!
I have asked Funno to be a bit gentle on the Footy Trivia for us non-statistically minded fans. He promised there would be some general trivia as well. We are looking forward to a fun-filled evening of prizes and good natured ribbing.
