Vocational Visit 31st May 2017

 
Vocational visits are always a good night.  This week we went to the Graduates Restaurant at St John's Regional College in Dandenong.  
 

Graduates Restaurant is a fully equipped trade training restaurant that is open to the public for dinner Wednesday and Thursday evenings during term 2 and 3.

Students from year 11 and 12 VET in schools hospitality programs run the Restaurant from front of house to kitchen operations under the full support and guidance of our 3 qualified Chefs and Restaurant Manager.

We were treated to a 3 course gourmet meal prepared and served by the students.  Some of the wait staff were on their second ever  service.  They did a fantastic job.  A very enjoyable evening.
