ART SCREENS DELIVERY TO SORRENTO

 

Dear members and friends,

 

The art exhibition organised by the Rotary Club of Sorrento is a major component of the art screens fundraiser, with all screens hired for the occasion. This year the delivery will be on 31 DECEMBER and all help available is needed.

 

Please meet at the shed at 8am on Friday 31 December. Laury and Eric will be towing and President David will be there with his truck as well.

 

The Rotary Club of Sorrento has been advised that we will deliver the screens to the door as we did last year and provide them with the cable ties and hooks for them to set the screens up in place, so the job should be an "in-and-out" task.

 

Collection of the screens will be on Tuesday 11 January. Laury will be towing, but we need another tower as Eric cannot make it that day. Please let me know if you can tow or if you can help as well.
