Approximately ten Rotarians needed on the day for each presentatuion ball 

  • Rotarians required to
    • Place a program on tables for each person
    • Distribute gloves and flowers – tick off who has gloves
    • Assist with marshalling for photographs
  • Roster needed of two Rotarians at door to check tickets
  • Extras needed to usher if needed, answer questions, assist generally
