Celebrating The Miracle of Community. Our challenge as a community is not a lack of resources -- it is unmanaged fear. However, our God says, "Be not afraid, I am with you always." We need only hear His call. Take up our irreplaceable role in this sacred venture called community and hold fast to the love that will never leave us empty.
Come. Join your friends, neighbors and Interfaith Outreach to celebrate the 40-year journey of our communities' generous response to God's call to build a kingdom of love and justice in our midst. Be inspired by community leaders sharing their stories of lived out faith, prayer and action that on a daily basis light up The Miracle of Community. You will want to hear these heartfelt messages and be a part of this special morning event.
The event includes breakfast, music from local musicians, readings and faith narratives shared by local community leaders: Gretchen Schatzke, Gordy Engel, Jake Beard, Fred Hegele, Carol Bergenstal, Bob Fisher, Cindy Hilger and LaDonna Hoy. All are welcome!
