Mary's Free Range Chicken Breast (bone-in) Spice Dust, Cilantro, Scallions

Mesquite Roasted Tri-Tip - Charred Salsa Verde or Poblano Demi

Accompaniments:

Chopped Gem Salad - Celery, Apple, Bleu Cheese, Spiced Pecans, Port Vinaigrette

M.O. Cauliflower Gratin - Gruyere, Asiago Crust (Dish is MO Club Favorite!)

Spiced Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes - Scallions, Lemon Butter

Dessert: Chocolate Sheet Cake with Chocolate Frosting (RCOT Centennial Logo)

Bar Tab Billed To Your Account:

Since this is a Private Club, they do not take credit cards.  The M.O. Club will receive a list of attendees and a tab will be pre-opened in your name.  At the end of the evening, the M.O. Club staff will place a copy of your tab on the table to pick up.  We will also receive a copy of everyone's tab.  Please review your tab to make sure all is correct.  The M.O. Club will not be taking any payments, so the Rotary Club will bill your account for your bar tab along with the Registration of $70 per person.  The Rotary Club will be paying for the full bar tab after the event.
