We’re off and running again, with our new Rotary Club meeting format. Here’s what to expect going forward:
DISTRICT DUES - are the same as before, $12.25
ROTARY INTERNATIONAL DUES - are the same as before, $20.16.
CLUB DUES - these have increased from $33.59 to $92. This increase is designed to cover to basic costs of the operation of the club, instead of relying on the financial benefit of non-exempt members missing meals for that same funding.
MEAL CHARGES - these have decreased from $208 to $110.50. We will now be meeting bi-weekly, so the charge per quarter is for 6.5 meals at $17 each. All members will now be billed in advance, instead of having exempt members billed in arrears. We do not have any firm contracts at this point for meal charges. The Park Place has not responded to our requests, so we are going with our recent experience at Great Wolf Lodge at $17. That amount may change depending on circumstances.
Starting in the second quarter, you will see the quarterly meal charge offset by a credit of $15 for any meal missed or declined in the preceding quarter.
GUEST MEALS - will be assessed at $17 to the sponsoring member, and billed in arrears.
Makeup MEETINGS - if they occur in the same calendar week as one of our bi-weekly lunch meetings, a credit of $17 will be issued in arrears on the next quarterly invoice.
CHARGES FOR JUNE 29, 2021 - will be billed in arrears with the July invoice, and added to the quarterly advance meal charges.
OTHER CHARGES - if you are funding Every Rotarian Every Year or some other contribution via a charge to your account, that will appear as a separate item.
