How long have you been a Rotarian? 15 years
What made you interested in joining Rotary? There have been a lot of community efforts that Rotary has been involved in and I wanted to join in and contribute. Plus, the people that I knew that were in Rotary were fun people I wanted to spend time with.
What do you love the most about rotary? The weekly meeting are almost like going to a party because you get to see so many friends.
What has been your favorite program or volunteer opportunity with Rotary to participate in? There are plenty. I always enjoy Tag Day because we are helping the Beckett Accessibility Committee but also because when people see it’s Rotary, they thank us for the great work we do in the community. It’s a “feel-good” moment for me. I also enjoyed cooking buffalo burgers at the NMC Barbecue shoulder to shoulder with fellow Rotarians.
What keeps you with Rotary? All of the above. The meetings, the friends, and the meaningful community commitment that Rotary embodies through our members.

What is a fun fact about you? I’m like the Tony Shalhoub character “Monk”, except he was really smart.
