The Battle for Arizona Avenue Luncheon

The Battle For Arizona Avenue Luncheon celebrates the great football rivalry between Hamilton and Chandler High Schools, both consistent state championship contenders. Chandler Rotary Club awards a $1,000 college scholarship to a student athlete at each school who is chosen by the coaches. The rotating Battle For Arizona Avenue trophy is presented to the winner of the Chandler - Hamilton game immediately following the game each year. Funds raised from luncheon tickets help fund the scholarships
