ROTEX Fundraiser - Rotary Youth Exchange

Hello ROTEX, Rotarians, Students, and Families,

You are invited to our first ROTEX fundraiser at Applebee's on October 20th! The fundraiser will be located at 2 E Camelback Rd Phoenix, AZ 85012. We will be serving a pancake breakfast between 8-10 am.

The sky is the limit with what we as ROTEX can do! Our goal this year is to have 4 ROTEX go to NAYEN (North American Youth Exchange Network) in Denver, Colorado in March 2019. This year we are looking to help brainstorm ideas and network with other ROTEX and Rotarians around the world that are passionate about the Rotary Youth Exchange Program. In doing so, we will be more connected with our exchange partners and start new relationships with districts we haven't exchanged with before. This will allow us to start annual service projects and develop new content for international convention/conferences.

Help us spread the word on this awesome opportunity for ROTEX to go to the next level. We need to get the word out to as many people as we can, so make sure to tell everyone you know! The more people that come to the fundraiser, the more we will raise! Tickets are $8.00 per person. Make sure they bring cash to the event!

We will also need 10 ROTEX volunteers to help out at the fundraiser. If you are interested in volunteering, make sure to let me know as soon as possible!
