Please join Phoenix Rotary 100 for a Red Sand Project event on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 10 a.m. in recognition of National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month. The Red Sand Project is a participatory artwork event that uses cracks in the sidewalk to raise awarness of those most vulnerable to human trafficking and exploitation in an effort to “not let them fall through the cracks.” Red Sand Project installations and events have taken place in all 50 United States and in more than 70 countries around the world. Those who wish to take part in the event should contact Phoenix Rotary 100 at 602.604.8221 or rotary@rotary100.org. We will gather along the east side of Central Avenue between Camelback and Indian School at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 27.
