“PRANCE IN THE PARK (WITH PUNKS, PRINCES & PRINCESSES) “ - NOVEMBER 17TH, 2018
Our major District 9800 fundraising event for End Polio Now is on 17th November … so can your Club find a few suitably attired ‘prancers’ to walk the easy 5km around Albert Park Lake?

Rather than a boring walk, we’re putting the FUN in our fundraising and PRANCING and the money your prancers raise will be attributed to your Club’s contribution to End Polio Now via Foundation and multiply up with District Development Funding, Foundation funding and of course the generous 2:1 support of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation so $2 from your prancers means $15 to the End Polio Now fighting fund!

Can’t walk 5km in your high heels or flippers?? No problem, book ahead for the “End Polio Push” and for $50 you’ll be pushed around the Lake in a DIK loan wheelchair…. Too easy!!

All Prancers are being asked to:

• raise as much in sponsorship as they can between now and 17th November.
• wear a District 9800 End Polio Now T-shirt (made famous at the Rotary International Convention in Toronto recently!) These can be ordered on the registration page of the Prance website, $20 each, & picked up at the event.
• dress as a punk, prince or princess at this fun event!
• The registration/sponsorship website is now live! Go to: https://endpolioprance.raisely.com/

District 9800 End Polio Now Ambassador Susie Cole will be there in her famous gold shorts helping to run the day, so let’s join the Prahran Prancers, Southbank Prancers, Laverton/Point Cook Lopers, Melbourne South Swans, Albert Park RAPpers, Malvern, Wyndham & North Balwyn teams (with more to come) & put big FUN into our fundraising!
