The Rotary Club of Jurong Town has dedicated this concert to the people of Victoria badly affected by COVID-19 During the one-hour event, there will be a medical doctor who will give a short presentation about the link between music and mental health, especially for young babies and children, and how it helps with mother-child bonding.
